Buttermilk (great for pancakes & baking)
- 1 cup of milk + dash of vinegar
- 1 cup of milk + dash of lime juice
- Boil water and sugar, then add a teaspoon of maple flavoring
Eggs for Baking
- 1 mashed, over-ripe banana = 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed + 3 T. water = 1 egg
